Causes of Anxiety
Culture seems to affect that way people as a whole express ourselves in our thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. One of the main differences that we seem to see across cultures seems to be the way anxiety and depression are expressed. Various ethnic groups or cultural groups seem to be more high-strung or anxiety-prone than others. However, anxiety is a common condition that seems to be prevalent throughout the world. However, there are certain cultural groups that make certain phobias or concerns more intense in one ethnic group than the other.
